Amazing! Way more than I bargained for. As Stephanie treated me like family, she de tangled like a champ, deep condition & scalp treatment, a masterful trim while retaining my length, then a killer blowout and steam infusion to seal it all in. I must... say my hair has never looked so good and I’m happy to be a new client!

Stephanie is very welcoming and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. She takes pride in what she does and you can tell she enjoys taking care of her clients and providing A1 service! I had the dandruff shampoo treatment and it was AMAZING; I...t felt like a spa day for my hair and scalp. My scalp feels so clean and refreshed and I will definitely be back for more!

Stephanie is the cats pajamas! Her hygenic process during COVID19 is hospital grade. In addition, Stephanie doesn't just cut/shampoo/color/style your hair; she nurtures your hair, as if your hair is a long term investment for her. I am Team Stephanie... all day!

Just had a home visit from Stephanie due to my daughter being in a comprised state of health. She is fantastic as always took her time put her at ease every step of the way. Wore a mask and splatter guard to help my girl feel safe. I can't thank her ...enough for her time, effort, and care she gives us as her clients and hair family. She teaches me so much on how to care for my daughters hair! Unless she moves or I do she has me and my daughter as clients for life!

My experience on Sat 3/14/20: Obviously it’s natural to feel skeptical of anything new when you’re like me and have lived your whole adult life with severe dry scalp. The kind that makes you think twice about wearing dark colors in public! I happe...ned upon Booksy, and by God’s good grace came across Salon1908 and reviews of Stephanie’s dry scalp services and felt compelled to try. Very happy with Stephanie’s level of care and attention. Especially appreciate how she didnt double book appointments nor did she inflict her personal hair agenda on me. We chatted about my goals to heal my scalp and transition to natural. She truly had empathy & made me feel like I have a voice. When u come to the salon here this is an experience overall it’s more then just a rush wash and blow dry and next client no she puts her time and care into what she does everytime I come the energy she gives is by far amazing I’ve lucked up on a good... one thanks so much 😉

Stephanie is an extremely talented colorist, and a good conversationalist. My first session which was all over color and a haircut was awesome .She is a very sweet person, and from the first session, I though I had found what I was looking for. The ...second session, I’m less thrilled about. There was a trifecta of bad decisions which means I will most likely not be returning. Stephanie always plays exclusively Christian music, which didn’t bother me at first, but when it started talking about being delivered from the evils of homosexuality, that really struck me as tone deaf to her clientele. I respect someone who has deep faith, but the salon is not the place to proselytize. I am also one who really likes to plan my money and finances, and while I am always happy to tip, I don’t like surprises. I knew that she talked about a protein treatment after every color, but since I booked just color and that was all I was told to book after the first session, I thought that this was included. If there is more that’s needed than what the customer books for, it is really important to let them know the price difference before you start the service, especially a $30+ difference. The last issue is time management. Both of my sessions went an hour or more longer than what she estimated on Booksy. While I’m glad she takes the time to get it right, this goes back to setting expectations. I want to know how much I’m paying and a good idea of how long it will take. A few minutes here or there, even a half an hour is fine, but if the time is going to be that much different, she should update her shop on Booksy to reflect that so I know when I’m booking.

Sai thanks for your reveiw. Your first visit was a color correction from you box coloring for years with bad color overlapping with 3 different colors in your hair. Rather charge you a color correction I took the time to correct the color under the service you originally booked as a courtesy. The second session went over time because you have longer hair and unfortunately I do not have a long hair option on my menue. As far as the Christian music, I can not ever deny my faith. With your service being my first at 8am on a Saturday I really did'nt have time to pray and meditate this morning so that was my substitute. Our music normally plays diffent genres that most clients have pleasently enjoyed. Our Salon welcome's everyone. However, we are very clear on our social media page our faith base. Also, it is clear on our branding on our Salon windows. We service men and women with diverse faiths, sexual orientation, and beliefs. You looked amazing! I'll post before and after shots in our portfolio for future client reference. I wish you the best on your future stylist search.

I had my first facial with Stephanie today and it will not be my last. She was very thorough and knowledgeable. She even informed me about home care between appointments. It was the ultimate facial experience. It was the perfect way to sunset the wee...kend. You will not be disappointed. Treat yourself FIRST, before holiday shopping for everyone else.

Stephanie was my esthetician and she explained what each product and ...step would do for my skin. The rose balm from NYR was my favorite or maybe just all of them...
