My time is also valuable and I expect a certain level of professionalism especially from professionals who require a deposit to book. As customers, we’re held to be res...ponsible as far as appointment timing or we lose our deposit. I hold the professional to the same stander. I have asked for my deposit in return. This would’ve been my second time visiting Sabrina and I’m a little disappointed it didn’t go through as planned. The first time was very welcoming and professional.
