My review isn't on the salon, it's specifically for Tiffany. I'm a travel nurse in town and needed to have my faux locs taken down and a wash. I took my own detangler and brush. MY hair is very course and it actually wants to loc. So i let Tiffany... know this and that she could use the entire bottle, i use most of it normally. She was hesitant but acted as though she was going to detangle it the way it NEEDS to be.... well NO. She kept going passed what I'd said, telling me she had lots of experience with course hair. I know MY hair however. She wanted to wash it without truly detangling. I stated again, MY hair WILL mat up. I even showed her while she's trying to usher me to the bowl that it wasn't actually detangled. She never went to my roots.... where it WILL mat if i go to that bowl prematurely. So then she suggested we finish there. I agreed because MY mane is full and thick. I'm not going to let a half experienced girl mess it up. I had to walk out the shop with my hair all over my head with product that never got absorbed. But at least it was intact! I stopped at a store, bought a head band and was happy i dodged a bullet. ✌🏽

My whole experience here was top of the line! I felt like I hit the jackpot when the owner of the salon did my hair and went above and beyond to make sure I loved it! The salon was clean and well kept. The rest of the staff present was so enjoyable a...nd fun to be around while I received my service. I will never go anywhere else again, after finding joies beauty bar I am a lifetime customer!

Janae worked so well with my coils and recommended home habits I take up to improve hair as she worked through and noticed where improvements could be made. I really appreciated that attention to detail. My pony came out amazing, as well. I’ll def b...e back to see her when I need to get right! As for the shop itself, love the vibe, the music, and the look. Highly recommend.
