I entered the salon where temperatures were immediately taken and Naomie was just finishing up a client. The salon wa...s pretty quiet and had a lot of breathing room. She soon started on my hair and we both discovered the knots in my hair resembled dreadlocks! Yikes, I know. But Ms. Naomie de-tangled like a seasoned pro lol. I was charged for two washes instead of one, however, job well done! My hair was clean, soooft, 4c and beautiful. She even trimmed my ends a bit and threw in 2 braids to prevent any knotting prior to my next hair install which I thought was very considerate. Overall, great atmosphere and I felt comfortable being there. Cheers!

She always does and amazing job and this time was not an exception. I have a reaction to the coating on synthetic hair so I was able to drop it off with her and have her soak it in apple cider vinager a few days before (mind you this was right before... Christmas) and she did it with no additional charge and was ready to go for me a few days after. She took her time and did an amazing job on my hair. Pictures are below. Will definitely come again. Also, she was very cautious, took my temperature before I came in and everyone had a mask on.

Professional, punctual, they set a great atmosphere at the Orlando location and inside is Clean. Great conversation starters. Procedures were put in place per the covid pandemic- mask and temperature checks for everyone who walks in. Love their attit...udes and it’s an atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable and at home. Will definitely recommend and keep going back again for other services.
