Jasmine has been my go to for everything beauty-related since 2017. Jasmine is amazing and the only hairstylist I’ve had for several years since moving back to Florida! She knows me and my style so well that sometimes I book appointments and just let her do whatever she wants. I trust her and she is the absolute best...!

I have been a client of hers for almost 6 years now and every time I have came in the costs have always gone up which money isn’t an issue as long as I receive the service that I have requested recently though she has become very lazy and no longer c...ares about quality and fulfilling the guests wants/needs and only cares about the money and I have noticed I’m not the only one to think this way for she’s had numerous cancellations on her appointments and very open schedule even thought it’s the holidays and normally the busiest times of the year for good stylists at least but I’m not here to start any drama I’m just trying to provide a warning for her current and future clients for she charged me $175 for my blonde ashy hair color that I was going for even though my hair is already a dirty blonde color so this should of been a simple process not only did it take her 6 hours for her to try to get my hair to the color I was asking for but my hair actually still hadn’t changed color at all whatsoever and she blamed me saying it was my fault that she couldn’t do anything about it and at this point I had no time to argue with her about it as I was going to be late for the Christmas party I had to attend that evening and just paid her and parted ways later though she told me that she would not be fixing my hair unless I proceeded to pay her again which I understand that she is a small business and offered to pay for any additional supplies she needed to try again to get the look I wanted but she refused she wanted me to pay the full amount again saying she had wasted her time and did her best which I understand but why am I paying for your time again when it’s not my fault that you couldn’t do your job correctly the first time around that is not my error and she tried to blame my previous stylist that I went to saying she had ruined my hair when I have never once had issues with getting my hair lighter before for my hair absorbs color very well and every other stylist I have come to in the past would say the same I was a very loyal customer of hers and for her to treat me in such a way really hurt not only is it unprofessional but it’s just showing how little she cares for her clients to all those that are reading this please save your money and go elsewhere I could say much more as to how many times she had canceled on me and appointments I’ve made last minute which is why I had to even go to other stylist in the first place or how on Instagram she has posted photos of my hair and put filters on them in order to make them look better but anyways I just wanted to prove down below I have pictured before and after pictures and the final picture is what I was going for and how it was not even close to what I wanted and how my hair looks exactly the same with before I came in vs after after spending 6 hours in the salon with her $175 later for it to come out looking he same and her not willing to work with me to try and fix her mistakes or refund me because she can’t complete the job

This was very hurtful to read. I appreciate any review to better myself but it is hurtful/unfair to see false info you wrote + the pics you posted that are NOT MY WORK. Im limited to 1500characters so will reply best as I can. You've been my client for 3years & only come once a year for touchups. U've always been happy w/ the result. I've NEVER cancelled on u, I explained as of 2019 all clients must book on booksy, u refused as u didn't want to leave card on file. Was solid booked w/ 9 clients on Friday &u came in requesting I reschedule my clients for u. At the time, I had 1 client color processing & 1 getting a trim, who were absolutely appalled u requested that as they were sitting there. After u yelling & slamming door on the way out, I was blown away. I immediately texted u apologizing for being booked until 7pm & offered to come in for u on my day off, Monday. U didnt reply & went to another salon where they messed up your formula& unfortunately created damage in your hair. U called asking me to fix it, a client rescheduled from Saturday afternoon & I put u in. I explained before we started this was going to take atleast 2 appts to fix w/o causing more damage. We were limited on time b/c of your xmas party. Today 5 days later, you contact me demanding I do your hair a 2nd time for $20 or refund u for previous appointments. After the disrespect &threats you have txt me, I refuse the service & the result was this review. Your actual after pictures are available in gallery
