Izzy was very professional and super sweet. I told her about my experiences with other stylist. She heard me and made me feel at ease. She reached out before our scheduled appointment. Most stylist don’t do this. She introduced herself and confirme...d the services I wanted. She kept asking questions!!! In a good way. I don’t know the hair cutting lingo but she asked the right questions to understand what I was looking for, which made me very comfortable to put my head in her hands. Whatever questions I asked her, she was able to provide answers. Izzy wanted to make sure I got what I wanted, and I did. As soon as I walked in the door when I got home, my husband stated my hair looked very nice, braids looked clean, and cut was spot on. Thank you again for working with me and being so understanding.
