She didn’t show up, I was told she went to the DR. I waiting 20 minutes for someone to take care of me. I ended up going to a place across the street that did an amazing job. Will never go back to this salon again....

We had hoped you were able to understand. Also, we looked over the camera and we noticed you immediately left after you were notified Claudia was not available, again sorry for the inconvenience this may have cost. Every time I come to Triple A I leave satisfied. This time I came and my hair was so tangled and thick after being home for a while during covid and not doing anything to it, she didn’t complain at all and she permed my hair to perfection and got eve...ry last tangle out. I said multiple times that I just wanted my hair washed and cut and the lady said okay then started blowing drying it and everything else so I didn’t say anything because I had already told her. Ended up paying 65 dollars instead of what should’ve be...en 30 because i just wanted my hair washed and cut, communicated that, got the okay and then she did all this other stuff. My hair turned out nice but i didn’t ask for all this and didn’t want to pay all this. Pretty upset becaue I gave instructions beforehand and then was charged for something I didn’t ask for.

I've NEVER had such an amazing experience ANYWHERE in Pasco County Florida since moving from New Jersey. My hair feels healthy and silky, it stays straight even with FL humidity, and it moves beautifully. I will willingly travel here the 45 minutes t...o see Ana who didn't burn my scalp or pulled my hair, who treated me like a wonderful client, and had my fears disappear of going back to a salon. THANK YOU for breaking my year long hiatus from salons and gaining at least 2 customers in the process. The music was great, the other hair stylists were hilarious, kind, and helpful with tips and ideas when I wasn't sure what to do. It's the most comfortable family-like salon. If you're looking for a Dominican NY salon feel, this is it. I WISH I could give it more stars. Gracias Ana!!

NEVER again. First off, my hair was washed for 15 seconds and my hair is thick and a nice length. She Didn’t condition my hair (guess that’s an extra charge). Scalp is extremely sore (from being burned). You can’t put flat irons on wet hair. I just c...an’t believe this was not a good experience for $50. I know everyones techniques are different but damn, come on. I’m really disappointed because i was extremely excited about coming here because I’m Cuban and Puerto Rican & from philly where the Dominicans are THE BEST! Thought it would be the same here. Sad because they are all really pleasant women.

Ms. Martinez, We terribly sorry you were not happy with our service. We even have a picture of the before and after of the service provided and wanted to showcase it on our Instagram feed. Furthermore, all wash & set includes conditioner as required after shampoo to ensure the hair is de-tangled. When you were asked if you wanted a deep conditioner (it was for a product like Olaplex or others available). The charge of $50.00 was of Wash & Set/blower($35) + Haircut ($15) for lightly (1 inch) below the shoulder line natural hair. Please, call us back we try calling you with no success; we want to ensure you are happy with our service and like to rectify any wrongdoing. P.S We have not eaten a "Philly Steak Sandwich" unless it was from Philly. Again, sorry for not meeting your initial expectation.
