I messed up by not looking at the text where it said to call instantly when you make the appointment. Let me just say that initially I had an appointment with my own personal barber who CANCELED on me . So while on the road running errands already 50...+mins away from my area I was trying to reassess my options because I was starting college the next day and I wanted to look professional. I have never heard of this app before let alone use it . My sister had helped me So as soon as I saw my appointment was confirmed i took to make the 50minute drive . Keep in mind it’s difficult for me to stay in the car for along time because I have a health condition that makes me use the restroom constantly. And I don’t have to explain how difficult it is to stop places and go inside and use the rr because of COVID . So after being in the car for 3+hr I still made my appointment on time and puntual . I then had just seen the text where it said to call as soon as you make your appointment though the app . As soon as I saw I immediately tried to call and get ahold of the barber. I called the number posted on the door . 3-4 more times due solely to desperation . After It got instantly denied so many times I stopped trying. I don’t blame him , time is money , even though I would’ve paid any amount because I respect skill and craft . This however is unprofessional because so much happened that was out of my control. I just encourage everyone to understand when your a business owner you have to learn how to work though issues people will have . Because you never know the complications that come with peoples lives.

This man should never cut hair again. Food and trash all around. Terrible service, pretty sure he used dirty clippers. And the cut was terrible. Had a healthy hair line for 30 years and he managed in 40 minutes to make it look like a rainbow. Need to... go back to school as soon as possible. Shame on y’all for leaving this man a good review knowing he can’t cut.

I did not make u pay me u did it with smile on your face ain’t my fault u washed the enhancement out knowing u missing hair ! This was the day before thanksgiving that u tried squeezing in and was late! Hair was on the floor of course cutting back to back clients food on the table again back to back including late clients like you ‼️shame on you for lying saying u had a healthy hairline u definitely out of line 🤣👎🏾
