Today was my first visit with Saj, I entered the door looking like a hot mess, I left looking like a Queen. Her work is quality and her customer service is superb. Saj does her best to keep her customers happy. Give her a visit you wont regret it....

This was my second time booking an appointment. I have psiriosis in the scalp and i must say after two treatments and gentle care with my locs ive seen results that were past expectation. Its something about being around Saj, her presence is like HO...ME if that makes sense. Its overall a great experience and id definetly recommend anyone go to her if you feel like you want your hair done with real love and care.

Update.... a couple days after it was done a braid slipped out. And then they kept coming out. Two rows in the back came out. I’m just upset because I paid for a service thinking it was going to be different this time. I paid for a trim and I told he...r she could cut it if she could grip it, and she was able to. My hair is 4 inches and some change after the cut. Don’t get me wrong the looked nice the first 2 days. When I ran my fingers through the braids I noticed some were extremely bigger than the other braids. I honestly tried to keep a positive mindset, but when I booked an appointment with her she told me she was tired and was going to cancel on me. I thanked her for not canceling on me.If you’re tired that’s your business, but when a customer is paying $180 and the braids start falling out and hair starts coming through the braids in less than a week it’s a problem. Now she offered to redo them but that’s besides the point. I shouldn’t have to drive 40 minutes to get something redone when I just got it done. I honestly thought she would be my new stylist but I don’t think I’ll return. She’s nice and all but honestly I have to take my hair down already. I have pictures below of the back of my hair. I braided each one that came out in the back so it doesn’t get matted. You were late to the appointment let’s start there. Lol fit my budget! Don’t forget to mention the Tip as well! Walk out paying $200 for what?!😂 I’m not about to do this with you .I bought everything you offered including the trim, when you said I needed them smaller I paid the price. I paid for whatever I needed to pay for to get it done.I asked if you could grip it and will they stay in ,and you said yes. Once you confirmed that they wouldn’t come out anything that comes out of your mouth is now questionable.Don’t try to come at my with hair damage. Duh that’s why I went to the salon to get it right . I told you I’m growing my hair so a cut wasn’t a bad idea. You’re on here trying to check someone but honey I trusted that you could do my hair. But that’s not even the bad part I have the texts of when I showed you the big parts,and the hair was coming through and you said oh I’m so sorry let me re do it. You know you half did my hair to begin with. You kept saying you were tired and your fingers hurt and that you were going to cancel my appointment. Look I’m young but an older woman will not punk me just because. I paid for a service that was half done. I didn’t text you weeks later , I hit you up less the 7 days after it was done. I never booked anything on the app so what are you talking about. I said the braids where nice in the last review but they came out. Do you think I care if this entire app knows about my hair! I’m actually beautiful with it without it🤷🏾‍♀️And let’s not mention she stopped to eat an entire meal . I was in there all damn day for no reason. I work just as hard as the next person so don’t come to me with this bs. Because of you I know how to braid my own hair. I’ll never pay someone to braid my hair. Thanks 🙏🏾 😃 Just take the loss and keep it moving like a did hun!!!!!

First let me say, thank you for your review. I am however regretful that I was not able to fully meet your expectations. Your recollection of the event is not quite accurate in your review since there is a lot of missing information. While assessing your hair (which was about 2-3 inches) significant split ends and hairloss was discovered. We discussed a few courses of treatments and you chose the one that best fit your budget (to include doing it smaller around the edges than the middle) even though I explained that it would not be as durable as other more costly options (PS. The picture of the braids at the back of your head were not braids done by Natural Bounty). You agreed and stated that you were willing to have monthly recurring appointments for mantaince and upkeep until your hair regain its health. Upon service completion you left a 5 star review and booked a second appointment, and even sent me videos and pics you took days later further expressing your appreciation. About 2 to 3 weeks after your service you expressed that a few of your braids came loose I offered to fix them at no additional cost. You booked the appointment for the repair and a few minutes before the appointment you canceled. I am really saddened that you were not completely satisfied with the overall experience. However I am still thankful that you took the time out to leave a review. I will continue to work hard to provide the best possible service for all future clients.

If you want someone who has KNOWLEDGE of natural hair, don't double take just go! She will take good care of your hair and won't leave you unsatisfied. As someone who gave up on hair stylists due to not finding the right one, I am so happy I found he...r, she is amazing and sweet, and you can tell she caress about hairr :)
