I was greeted by Dominique she's was very attentive and her customer service was very on point. The place is chick and clean. I've paid 20us for a 15 mins, (honestly I was looking at my watch the whole time lol) not so meaningful consultation/convesa...tion about starter dreadlocks which I believe is way overpriced, especially when there's other places with not much marketing who do the same for way less (Africans/Ghanaians for example). When you're starting dreadlocks you have so many questions and I believe 15 mins isn't enough for 20 bucks. Of course everyone is different and every business has different approach. They claim to use organic produce which it may infer a certain cost at the time to pay. Overall, It's a great place of course but IMHO is overpriced. Your choice.

The best time I’ve ever had at a hair salon. Everyone claims they can do natural hair. After a few frustrations i decided to give them a try. Boy was I happy..... Naisha took her time she was as very patient with my big thick head. Dom kept checking ...in to make sure i was happy after each step. I felt really special in there. Everyone gives you little bit of attention. Everyone is chill and patient. I’ve found my new spot that can really tend to my hair type. The best part I wasn’t persuaded to put perm because my hair is thick. Thank you Naisha I felt like a million bucks with my natural hair.

I came in feeling defeated and discouraged at hair damage I had from a few dye jobs including bleach blonde and wanted to get back to my natural color so I can focus on hair healthy moving forward. Dominique and ...Naisha were supportive and motivating and spent so much time and thoroughness in improving my hair quality from just one session. I had not booked a hair treatment but was offered one during my consultation and the difference in my hair from the 1 treatment is amazing. I left with silky soft hair and shine, freshly trimmed ends and so much more hope to restore my hair health. The ladies also had so much fun doing their jobs with humor and banter that made me feel comfortable like I was around friends. Additionally, I also was able to discuss my hair scalp psoriasis which I’ve struggled with for some time but have never really had addressed before. Firsthand knowledge enabled me to also feel better that I can overcome that as well. I truly recommend this place and feel lucky to have been able to get a last minute appointment the day before a holiday and leave feeling so happy about my hair. Thank you!

I met with Dominique and had a great vibe pleasant and welcoming. Extremely thorough on Covid-19 safety guidelines. She unlocked door poured hand sanitizer and asked me to immediately wash my hands soap and water before starting the consultation. T...he bathroom was small but perfectly clean. The salon was clean and had great vibes I felt comfortable being the first time here. I explained what I needed and she was extremely knowledgeable I was impressed for sure! She was caring and explained on certain damaged hair dots I have and how she can treat it without adding more damage. We picked out colors and haircut I’m looking for all good. I’m very excited for my hair transformation appointment coming up!!!
