Pros: 1.) Tami was extremely friendly 2.) Detail oriented 3.) Gentle when it comes to detangling 4.) Thorough when combing in the relaxer 5.) Carful and cautious when applying relaxer 6.) Attentive and consistently checking in on relaxer processi...ng Room for improvement: 1.) (PERSONAL PREFERENCE) Don’t detangle relaxed hair while it’s wet. 2.) (PERSONAL PREFERENCE) Use wide tooth comb instead of a small tooth comb. Less shedding. Overall it was pretty good experience! I definitely recommend! And products she used in my hair are greater quality because my hair isn’t frizzy. And it’s been raining for the past week. *Service was a touch up relaxer*
