I like how my hair is done but the waiting is too long appointment is 8:30am and I got done at past 3pm and I just got in my car. That's it's just too much I set the appointment early cause I'm going somewhere....

Bad first impression. I heard so many good things about this place and unfortunately I will not be coming back. Scheduled an appointment at 12pm & Jay didn’t get to the salon until 1:20pm. Wanted to walk out after waiting over an hour even though I s...cheduled an appointment but I still gave her a chance to cut my hair and was not satisfied with the end result.

I usually love coming here but i made an appointment for a specific person and when i showed up someone else had to do my hair. I saw the significant difference of my hair from when the person i specifically made an appointment with and the person wh...o did my hair. The price was higher than i wouldve paid and the quality was low as within 30 mins my hair was frizzy and curly again. To follow up, I went back to see Jay. She did a fantastic job fixing my hair and making sure I left happy. I also appreciate Dayanara as she was able to instantly notice my hair was unhealthy and was able to communicate to the person washing my hair what needed to be done and what was wrong as the washer was giving me a hard time. These two ladies that helps me leave the salon satisfied know how to keep their customers happy along with their clients having healthy hair which is most important!

Bella Bella is Amazing period. Show Jay a photo of your hair goals and she will get you there. In ONE DAY. Whole staff is Hard working. Jay is truly devoted to her work and it shows. Prices are super affordable honestly I been to a lot of salons in m...y life in Brandon area especially since being a small child going to my moms apartments etc. Bella Bella is By far the best in Brandon when it comes to results she got you. The prices are not a great reflection of the amount you could be charged. The listed price was off by $50 from the amount charged ($120) just for color touch up, wash with no blow out seems a little outrageous since my hair is not pass my neck....

The hairstylist gives a detailed explanation of what she’s doing to your hair and what to expect. I did a full bleaching process and my hair feels super healthy....
