      Consultations can be held via Video chat, via phone call only or you are welcome to come into the suite. If yo...u have general questions about your hair ten minute consultations are free. A flat rate of $10 will be added to consultations over ten minutes. Free consultations include general information and suggestions on your hair needs. If you are unsure about what services you want or need book a consult with me extended information will require a deposit starting at $10 and will be discussed with stylist during the free consultation. If you decide to book an appointment the fee will be taken off of your service charge if you decide not to book then the fee will not be refunded. If you book a consult and had to pay the flat rate and you book an appointment and cancel without rescheduling you will not be refunded the consultation fees the consultation flat rate fee will be charged before an appointment can be set.

Threats!? GOD SEES all karma is your fate from him....SOOOOO being understanding and patient let her extend my sons appointment two hours later and then had to wait an additional 30 minutes and then after 30 minutes of waiting I’ll go in and she only... have to half did his cut. WHY!? You ask becauseShe took preference over the late client ahead of me for a six hour re dred up. So I try to communicate and see why my son can’t go get his hair done and he has a flight in the morning but people who can’t communicate get frustrated and she put my baby out with half his hair done... see pics

I have a client who has longer locs before your appointment and the booksy app does not give me the ability to extend the appointment in these cases. I'm working on a way to have someone with longer locs book separately. Are you open to coming at 5:45pm instead? Your response,Yes thank you.It’s no problem I’m just grateful you’re available and a price thats Conducive to my soul LOL. It’s on my son he want high fade he flying out of town in morning. So yes we will be there at 5:45pm🙏🏽We have more messages but unfortunately it’s not enough space to copy them here. I will be in contact with booksy customer service about the threats sent to my phone and the disrespectful behavior inside of my suite. I did my best to accommodate you and you behaved terribly and decided to write a negative review. I suggested a refund of your $15 and would still cut his hair that was not a problem. You came in and disrespected both myself and my clients. Yes stylist work through two or more clients sometimes things happened but I apologized about that but you agreed to the initial appointment switch and also arrive 15 minutes early so you had to wait more time that’s your fault not mine. I acknowledge my responsibility in making sure appointments don’t run into each other.

AMAZING! She is so patient with my 10,000 questions. I’m new to growing my hair out, and she is so knowledgeable and so passionate about being a stylist. My hair looks so good after she twists it! AND she can cut hair with the best of em! I’m really ...particular about my hair and she did not disappoint with my beard and my edge up! Not to mention the great vibes in her studio. Love her!
