She raised her voice at me when I told her I was not happy with my nails being not like the photo I showed her. In addition to my nails being uneven. I was told that the picture I showed her was edited, and it was no way my nails could look like that.... Which I think she should’ve mentioned before agreeing to do my nails. She did offer to refile the nail, but she had already cut them too short so it still looked awful. Would not recommend. What I wanted Vs what I got (and still paid full price although I expressed I was dissatisfied)
