Let's start off by saying my appt was at 10:30 and i didn't sit in the chair until approximately 12:45. I could have slept in another hour or two instead of waiting at a salon until my turn. A day before my appt, I sent a photo of the way I wanted my... hair. I was never told that it couldn't be done. Again, i showed the pic of the color i wanted when i got there. Let me back track. When i booked my appt online...i requested a shampoo and style, hair cut and color. My hair was started on and when it was done....it was a hot mess. It wasn't anything like the pic....NOTHING!! The colors were different, the colors were not blended. They were actually sectioned off and colored. My sides were suppose to be tapered down with a line on eachside...just like the pic. It was horrible. The lines were not the same. There was nothing clean about my hair. Wasn't even edged up good. I was so upset, because I truly wanted my hair the same as the pic.(colors) I was asked if i liked it and of course I told her "NO"! I was charged $137 and nothing was right or what i asked for. Scissors never touched my head and styling never happened. i looked better walking in there at 10:30 am then i did walking out. I left the salon looking like a fool. I was so embarrassed. Who let's a client leave out of the salon looking like that? I was not asked if there was anything that could be done to try and fix it after i said i didnt like it. Just swiped my card and sent me on my way. Beauticians know what they can do and not do. I would respect you more if you just told me that you wasn't comfortable doing it and that you had never done so many colors before. But NOOO...i felt like you experimented on my hair...at my cost. Very nice and friendly stylist, but did a horrible horrible job on my head. I will not be going back. I left and went straight to my barber for him to fix my sides and edge me up correctly. Then headed to a beauty supply for some permanent black dye to get rid of this awful mess. In the photos you will see; the first one will be the way i wanted my hair. Then there will be a few pictures of the way my hair turned out. The last pic would be my hair after i dyed it jet black.

I can't stop looking in the mirror! I went with the chop and I was never nervous because I knew I was in good hands. I love my new hair cut. Short hair don't care....
