I’m really not one to complain, but I just have to say something about this. I went in for a razor fade and beard trim/shape up yesterday (2/24/21) and I feel like I didn’t receive a quality experience for the service I paid for. I was told the hot t...owel warmer was not turned on, but that that the barber would cut my hair anyways without it. Why not just turn it on since it is apart of the service I’m paying for? This caused the entire experience to be ROUGH and uncomfortable on my skin. Shaving gel was left to dry on parts of my face before more was applied and then scraped off cm by cm causing severe irritation to my entire neck and mustache. The blade was literally etched across my skin and I know the barber could see me grimacing in pain as he continued, but said nothing. I asked for my head to be shaved as low as he could go with the razor. When I left, I could still feel hairs on my head when I ran my hand over it, meaning he didn’t get as close to the skin as he could have. When asked how I felt about my beard and mustache, I told the barber I honestly didn’t like it because he went too low and his response was, “well you told me to cut it low”., which I did, however I made it very clear I just wanted things cleaned up with MINIMAL length taken off. My mustache now is extremely thin and my beard lost so much volume and length. Before I could even finish looking myself over in the mirror and gather my things, the barber was welcoming some one else over to his chair. I felt rushed when I’m the one paying for the service. I wanted to lay out my frustrations with the barber right then and there and refuse to pay, but I really don’t like confrontation. This is the first haircut I’ve been able to afford since the pandemic and this experience was honestly just bad. I feel like the barber lacked experience and had no right to be charging $45 for the quality of service I received.

Another perfect cut from Pablo! This guys is the best barber I have ever been to. Super clean and great atmosphere! Love this place! Brought my little guy in with me and Eve took awesome care of him. Super patient, super friendly, and made my son sup...er comfortable. Keep it up Pablo and Eve!!! We’ll see you both again in a few weeks!
