Cancelation 3 hrs before our already rescheduled appointment. But I would have had to pay him $27 if I hadn't made my appointment time withing a 15 minute window? Be professional if your gonna hold me to a higher standard....

Your appointment was originally for Saturday and you called me 2 hrs before to let me know you wouldn’t be able to make it so I tried my best to reschedule you for Sunday ...I let you know about my car situation before hand and even offer you a free haircut for the inconvenience.
