Hello everyone. These are some small rules please respect them. MASKS ARE MANDATORY AT APPOINTMENT!! I ONLY ...SERVICE PEOPLE 10 AND OVER. 1. No small children or extra people at appointment. 2. Please do not be late. You have a 5 min grace period after that you forfeit your deposit. And/or have to pay a $20 late fee. Please understand that my time is valuable and I hold myself to the same standards. If I am late you get $20 3. Your deposit that was due at the time of booking is applied to the total cost of your style. DEPOSITS ARE NONREFUNDABLE BUT THEY ARE TRANSFERABLE. If you would like to transfer to another date or time CALL FIRST! Do not cancel. I can not transfer your deposits if you cancel. Once your style is completed please pay your balance in the following forms: Cash, Cash App, Zelle and PayPal. If you need to reschedule an appointment, it needs to be done 48 hours before the original appointment or you forfeit your deposit. Exemptions: acts of God, Pandemic, etc. A inconvenience fee of $20 can be applied if you are outside of this window. You can only reschedule an appointment one time. If you need to reschedule again you would have to cancel the appointment and pay a new deposit. 4. Hair is only included if the style requires regular braiding hair. And I only provide 1B. All other hair colors must be purchased by you and please contact me for the specific brands used. All specialty hair must be purchased by you. 5. Please note that you cannot downgrade to a lower style after booking unless it is pertinent to the health of your hair. Such determination is made by me. Plan accordingly 6. WiFi is provided for your entertainment 7. I do play my own music, it keeps me going and helps me to complete the task at hand faster. If you don’t like 80s/ 90s R&B please bring your own ear buds. Thank you. 8. I do braid on holidays but there is a holiday fee of $75 and yes thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and New Year’s Eve are considered holiday time bc most people spend those days with family. If you book those days the holiday fee will automatically be added to your bill. 9. Please arrive no earlier than 5 min before your appointment. The reason for this is bc it gives me time between clients to sanitize my tools and the chair. 10. This rule is for people with 4c or very tightly curled hair. Please thoroughly detangle and blow your hair as straight as possible. If you don’t use heat please stretch the hair as far as it can go. Or book blowout with service. Ok Ladies. So here it is. When you refer 5 people and all five of them received services from me. Your next st...yle is free up to a $150 value. It cannot be applied to a style that is on special. If you still want that service the $150 is deducted from the original price. But you have to make sure that your referred people state your name so that I can give you credit.

This fee is incorporated if you take braids/styles out and choose not to detangle your hair before arriving to... your appointment. It is best to add this service if you know your hair is not easily manageable otherwise.

Travel fees of $50 per hour apply for travel to locations outside the main city of Houston.

Clients are late 10 minutes after set appointment time and will not be serviced after 11 minutes if not commun...icated. Client will be charged a cancellation fee for no call no show and will no longer be able to book.

There will be a charge if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment and the price will be added ...to your service. The same will be applied if I am more than 10 minutes late, money will be taken off of your service.
