Truth is an awesome teacher. She is patient, kind, and keeps the energy up! It's a great class to learn the foundations and history of Dancehall while also getting in a great workout. I love that it is usually all women...makes it easier to just get ...down and feel sexy in our own skin. Truth also puts together great choroegraphy that is good to take home and practice to get the foundations and how they connect to one another in your body. Definitely recommend! ❤
