The owner was unnecessarily rude when I asked about my balance. Through Booksy, she runs a special if you book your appointment during the day. However, she charges you more for your balance to supplement the fees Booksy charges her for. She then proceeded to argue about how long it took because her assistant did them longer (even AFTER I said mid back). My back is turned from the mirror, how am I supposed to know she did the wrong length?! While I didn’t agree with the price because it was not what I booked and did not honor the special, I was preparing to pay it and she STILL kept being rude. I have never had an issue with booking hair on Booksy. It’s likely because no one has EVER changed the price up at check out. And I dont know why she says my hair was waist-length—my photos says otherwise.I will NEVER give her business again. Especially after she harassed me via text after I made my review. . She needs to do better!
