Mr Lowery is a great and skilled barber he doesn't disappoint he always makes us happy....

My son had an appointment for 4:15p. We arrive 5 mins early and Ray was finishing up a client (no problem). My son sits and waits to be next for his appointment. I leave and come back 45 mins later and my son is still sitting waiting and there ANOTHE...R client in the chair. It’s a hour later my son is STILL waiting. No communication (I’m sorry for the wait no nothing) I go ask my son is he still waiting and Ray says he’s on his last head of the day (which isn’t my son who had an appointment) so I’m puzzled as to how is that possible when my son is still sitting waiting. Ray proceeds to say “y’all in a rush?” Not my bad for the delay but y’all in a rush?. Then offered to cut my son free of charge but the way he handled the situation and “customer service skills” I didn’t want to wait any longer and really didn’t want his services. I would pay for any services but for him to skip my son who been waiting wasn’t acceptable!

He’s friendly and I love his haircuts he does an awesome job !!!...

Renauld Lowery is hands down the best barber in the Monroe area. Don’t take my word for it, go see the man. He is an artist. Whether it’s a simple fade or an intricate design you’ll leave looking fresh and feeling like money well spent. The atmospher...e was very relaxing. The place clean , sanitized,comfortable and safe. Highly recommend!!
