Had an appointment today with Rocko. Showed up to the shop address in the app and a barber there tells me he doesn't know a Rocko and I'm the 10th person in the last week to show up looking for him. The barber's exact words, not mine. Strike 1 & 2 ... I leave the shop and call the number in the app and it went to voicemail. He texts me back minutes later asking can I help you? Strike 3 Had to scramble and find another barber on short notice that can cut. Unprofessional!!!
