Jordan came highly recommended and he did not disappoint! When you relocate anywhere, finding a new barber is a must! It took a minute; trial and error but FINALLY!! I finally found the RIGHT barber!!! He did exactly what I asked with my son’s hair a...nd even made a recommendation and turns out; he was right! My son’s hair looks the best it has looked since we left our old barber in the previous city. Thank you Jordan & thank you nephew for the recommendation!! We’ll see you soon! 🤗

Clean cut! Great Barber!...

I blindly booked Jordan for an appointment in the wee early morning hours this morning for a cut and a design for my son’s football championship games this weekend. I specifically added the design request in the booking and had to wait for his confir...mation. It was confirmed for 1:45 pm today and a requested from him was made to arrive 10 minutes early. Upon arrival 10 minutes early I text the gentleman we were sitting out the door. He eventually text back to give him a few more minutes. Never heard anything back. At 2:05 I had still not heard from him, he had not come to check on us, let us know he was running late or even tell me he was taking anymore clients before our scheduled confirmed appointment. We left. I text him that this was poor business and that I had been waiting now 30 minutes, he then responded that he operates like a Dr. and that if other clients have more requests while in his chair then he accommodates them no matter who or what he has booked. Disrespectful to my time, new business and it appears he has no worries about losing money. He went on further to justify his behavior by advising me he usually gives his clients an hour block of time, however, on Booksy it was 30 minutes. Either way rude and unprofessional to not set your books up for run overs and or not managing your time properly. Communication is key, time management is important when people have booked you for a service. When your attitude is that of “oh well” you hurt your reputation. Quality will make or break you. Do better Sir. I was forced to give him 1 star which he is not entitled to at all because no service was rendered.
