My daughters scalp was burned she thought it was a knot and it was pure scabs of the chemical burn she received. It was left too long or she didn't wash it well....

Took her time on my hair and it came out beautiful, it just took a very long time but it was definitely worth it!!!...

I showed up and waited for 20 minutes outside in my car because they hadn’t open the store. Mind you I was sent several confirmations from the Booksy app to my email. I was extremely upset because I have a little one at home and a busy schedule. So I... went out of my way to get a sitter, be there on time and to schedule this in.
