Hello raquel I’m sorry for any inconvenience but I also had emailed you a day before your appointment to confirm and I never have got a email back and I also sent you another email and called the day after your appointment to apologize for the misunderstanding And will give u a free service in return. I don’t use this site anymore and it’s not on my business site. I tell my clients to dm me if they need any services
