Terrible attitude. at first, I gave the salon five stars but today I would take ownership that I was late for her appointment and she did not have ti...me to squeeze me in for the services. I actually needed but did not book for because this is Mother’s Day weekend and I understand, but I don’t understand why you would charge me a late fee and cancellation fee , that is kind of unfair. You can charge a cancellation fee because I did not have the appointment, but you can not charge a late fee a appointment that never took place. I am not a bad customer or person. I texted her and she started out calling me a liar a thief and a b****. This isn’t the same person that I met that was speaking about God and she’s this and she’s that much of a believer and can actually turn on you when you don’t do what she wants. There is nothing in her contract on this app that states that you have to pay a late fee if your service is not even done a fee is only added if you come to your appointment late and you get your hair done. I was in the parking lot. I didn’t get my hair done so to I asked her if I could be her last client to get my hair done and to pay double, she responded that she has to go out with her mother-in-law and she’s not gonna wait. That is understandable it is Mother’s Day weekend and she doesn’t need to be inconvenienced for a late customer. I texted her and told her that I’m not gonna pay a late fee. I will take ownership and pay the 50% off of the actual services that she asked for which were $85. I told her I would send her $50 via Zelle because she does not accept credit cards due to taxes or whatever. she began to text me calling me a liar and a thief and telling me that I was not even there and she just started going off. I will attach my GPS history to show that I was at her salon and just to show that I’m actually a good hearted person. I’m going to send her the payment of the actual service which is $85 and the late fee which is $25 and I pray that it blesses her because I was nothing but a good customer. I always tipped her way over whatever she charged if she charge $195 I will give her $270, I never didn’t tip this lady I was respectful and I even would wait when she was falling behind or start my hair late because she was doing her own hair, but for her to treat me like this shows that she has no regards for her clientele. I hope that no one else goes through what I went through with this lady because she perceives to be someone different on social media than she is in person I wish her the best for her business I just wish that she would change her attitude when she is actually challenged or questioned about policies and fees of her services just like she is in the service for gaining payment for her services customers also have the right to question what they are being charged for. Sharon you were a no call no show. I tried to accommodate you still. But you wanted services you clearly didn't book for. It's Mother's Day weekend so it wouldn't be fair to other clients to push them back for you. You NEVER came inside of the salon. I told you my policy of a no call now show. Which is 50% of the service price. Meaning 50% of a shampoo style which is $42.50. You agreed but did not pay. You continue to harass me via text and phone call until I blocked you. It's clear I'm not the stylist for you. I am always going to be fair to all my clients old a new. Everything you wrote is UNTRUE! I hope you find the stylist for you.

I’ve wanted color for a while, but Sanchayss advised me to wait until my hair was strong enough to sustain the treatments. Sooooooo glad she didn’t ju...st add the color when I wanted it. Sanchayss colored and highlighted my hair yesterday, and I ABSOLUTELY LOOOOOOOOOOVE it!!!!! She took her time to make sure the color was what we both wanted/expected.
