So, this was my 1st experience with this barber in Maryland as I just moved here & the experience was not the best. Granted, i did get there 15m late ...due to not factoring in traffic but I did call the # on Booksy & nobody answered at 1st. I got a call 10m later and the guy on the line told me i had the wrong #. I would have honestly rathered been charged a cancelation fee bc his professionalism was not where it needed to be even if we were late & he didnt feel like doing it, he should have just advised for me to reschedule. My main issue with him was that he was being rough with my 5yr old son pushing his head rough, pulling on him rough to sit up...my son had never said ouch while getting his hair cut and hes been getting it cut for 3yrs now. The haircut came out decent but we've experienced better. I will NEVER step foot in that shop again or refer him out. Show more
