In terms of the barbers ability to cut, he’s very talented. However lacks customer service, I came in for my first appointment 5 minutes early, expect...ing to be taken back. However he was just starting on another person. I waited 15+ minutes and it was clear it would be another 25 before he was done. I canceled, and left, yet he marked me as a no show knowing I showed and waited past my appointment. I booked another appointment not knowing it was the same place, and again waited 15+ minutes past my appointment. He’s a very nice guy, but this consistent inconsistency makes me not want to return.
