This customer came to me because some else ruined her hair with a bleach color process. Now she needs a color corrections and now she's is upset because I didn’t lower my prices for her. People fail to understand that I've taken classes for my skills and talents and that’s why I’m good at what at what I do. She also wanted stand over me while styling her daughter’s hair. If you've been to the salon you know my work space is small. I offered her a seat while she waits and she didn’t like that as well. I apologize that I can’t please everyone and fit their budget. I want to say thank you to everyone that does appreciate me and my services rendered and great hospitality. Here is the conversation That she says I used harsh language. I didn’t tell you get out of my way. I offered to have a seat while you wait. Sorry you took it that way! But to be clear you were in the way of anyone passing through and in my personal space. I personally do don’t like to feel crowded with anyone standing over me while I’m working.
