There are many ways to take care of a problem like this, one is to call and ask to be reimbursed, which would have been done, but after you blast my Booksy with a one out of five rating for no service. I should just keep the money you would have been reimbursed. Remove the rating and you can have your money reimbursed Had you read the booking prior to booking you would have seen that this was the case
