I had an horrific experience with Jay. I have three years old sisterlocks. My length is a little past my shoulders. First of all she was late. She was...hed my hair and begin to retighten my locks. After each lock to piled some type of locking wax on each lock. I asked her several times if she was using oil because I don’t use any type of grease on my hair. She said yes. She started the retightening around 9:30 am. After a while she started hurting my head from being rough. I said you are hurting my head. She replied what part is hurting you? I told her she stopped for a few seconds then she begin to get really vigorous. By this time it was about 2:00pm. I mentioned again you are hurting my head. Now it’s about 3:30. I got up and sat in another chair. I said look it’s been a long time I know you must be tried take a break because I am not going to continue to let you vigorously me. Oh wow Sorry for any inconvience I didn’t know you were experiencing to this extent. You told me service was great.
