The best place for manicure or pedicure Ashley is my favorite for her skills and performance regarding my gel nails. Good place and good staff
Just don’t have the guy do your nails and make sure it’s one of the ladies and you’ll be fine. It’s almost like he doesn’t want to do nails anymore....
The owner is very rude, She try to up charge me After my services was done then started being rude to her employee when the lady kept asking her how m...uch to charge me now she wanna give her another price and talk to her disrespectfully in front of me! I will not come here they don’t know how to treat people! I didn’t wanna pay the new price cause I asked before work was done how much it will be, so she wanted me to sit down to take the gel off like huh when she asked you how much instead of rushing her out of her face she should of gave her a correct price. Then telling me to be quiet to not talk to get out of the salon she kept grabbing my card out my hand. Show more

This review would have been a five star, based on my first experience, because I was treated well, and the appointment went smooth. I had gotten a ped...icure and since I had told the nail technician that I was going to do a beach photo shoot, she was extra detailed and made sure my toes looked great. The second time I came to take my mom to get her toes done. It was New Year’s Day, and on Apple Maps it said that this location was open. We even made an appointment through Booksy and the system allowed it. When we arrived to the location, the sign said open and it was turned on. When we tried to open the door, it was locked and everything was off. We called the phone number, but no one answered. Unfortunately, my mom didn’t get her toes done this day. It would have been better if management had blocked this day so that an appointment couldn’t have been made and had made sure that on Apple Maps and Google it showed up as closed on holidays. This is a mixed review. It was my first visit since my regular tech was not available. Mimi did my nails, and I absolutely loved my nail shape and col...or. I'm strictly a dip user and have only used this religiously for the last 6 or 7 years after switching from gel. When I went to have my nails redone with my tech 3 weeks later, we realized acrylic had been used on my nails. This was pretty upsetting to be charged for something I didn't receive and to be completely mislead. When I found out, I called and spoke with the owner, who apologized and offered to rectify the situation. I really appreciated her sincerity and great customer service. Edited: after returning to have nails done as a courtesy, the owner said she couldn't prove this occurred even though she acknowledged speaking with me and I had proof of payment. A male worker insisted he spoke with me for the same issue, so apparently this was happening quite frequently. They then tried to justify the fact that I was charged and given a product I didn't want because "dip and acrylic are exactly the same". I've made sure to make everyone aware of their unscrupulous practices. Show more
