Seems like they are multiple stylist working from one account. Booked same day appointment, and when I arrived at the location, it looked a bit sketch...y and smelt like mildew. When i called the stylist I was kind of upset when he told me um no sweetie i dont do same day appointments, but i was also happy I didn't want to sit in this sketchy looking shop! If you dont do same day appointments fix your availability on the app! Im only goving it 3 stars because at least they are in a shop and not in someones home. But i would rather be in someone's home than this creepy looking shop! Show more

I’m sorry u feel the way u feel but anyone should know in todays age u have to make an appointment in advance and not same day but I informed everyone all the time no same day appointments only because I don’t live by and I come a long way and sketchy it’s just a lil dark for u lol have a great day
