I LOVE this place! I moved from the neighborhood a year & a half ago. I have tried to find a new nail salon nearer to where I now live but I have come... back because they are so darn awesome! They greet you when you arrive and make you feel welcome. They attend to your needs and make you feel special. All the employees are happy and friendly. Plus they do a GREAT job! The clientele is very diverse, just like Portland. Just a great place. Show more

Love how there are so many nail technicians available to get a last minute fix or removal! The first three times I went I loved the technicians that I... had. Although they go feet to hands with the same tools so be aware of that, maybe only book one at a time to avoid cross contamination. This last time I went in, I took my daughter in for her first mani experience. Neither of us enjoyed the process. We both went home with gel polish on our fingers and hands, but only about 3/4 of the actual nails painted. My nails were not shaped as requested, and a broken nail was not cut off when I asked for removal. The glitter is applied heavily on some nails and sparingly on others. Google translation of the gossip was not awesome. We tipped anyways, in hopes that they would treat the next guests nicer. Show more

I come in to see Kim every 3 weeks. She knows what I like and makes my experience a very relaxing time. I am able to zone out, listen to my Podcast wh...ile she works on my feet and hands. I love the owners of the shop as well. They always greet me with big smiles each time as I come in and as I leave. I’m always counting down until the next visit to pamper myself. I took my Granddaughter who is 4 years old for manicures. They didn’t make us feel special, at 4 years old she could tell they didn’t do an actual man...icure on her. She asked “Nana why didn’t I get the whole thing?” When I asked the lady about this she acted like she didn’t hear me and walked away. Show more
