I had an extremely disappointing experience with this loctician. The braids were so tight that my scalp turned red and blistered. Additionally, the co...nstant lateness and rescheduling, including forcing me to rearrange a previously scheduled appointment, left me frustrated. Communication was poor, and my concerns about the rescheduling were dismissed. Overall, a one-star experience. The pictures attached aren’t the best at displaying the redness and bumps caused from the tightness of the braids. Show more

Hey Jair , I hate it came to this! I did all I could to accommodate you as I value all my clients. To resolve tshe communication issue for me in the future i no longer accept text bookings. As a stylist you have to understand our hands are always in use, and I do not text during bookings in respect to the client to my chair. && as far as tightness come on friend those were brand new added Locs and barrels can be tight .. we discussed this 🥲You were a client for a while You know I got above and beyond to insure you all are comfortable and satisfied. I wish you well on your journey 🫶🏽
