I had booked an appointment for Sunday with Ed for a cut. I was coming from out of town so I was running a little behind, I came in with my two nephew...s and myself. Ed called me before I arrived and asked if another barber can cut my hair, I was skeptical since I had booked my appointment with him but I didn’t think much of it. Upon arriving he took care of my nephews while I went to the other barber he mentioned over the phone. I didn’t catch the young man’s name but he cuts right next to Ed All I can say I wasn’t at all satisfied with my haircut, I literally had to ask another barber to fix my lineup and my facial hair afterwards. Bro rushed through my cut, didn’t even attempt to use the guard for my facial hair as I showed him a picture of how I wanted my hair done prior but wanted to charge me $45 for a mediocre job. Good thing hair grows back but that was a very distasteful experience and I don’t think I’ll go back going forward. Show more

I sincerely apologize you wasn't satisfied with your cut.. I think it’s a little low that you give me a ⭐️ considering I wasn’t the one who cut your hair. I cut your nephews hair and you said it was great! You should’ve told me something whiles you were in the shop but you told me hours after you’ve left the shop.. I apologized on there behalf and told you to please come in the next day and I’ll get you right absolutely free.. you said yes you would and never showed up. But again Stephon I apologize. Please allow me to make it right for you on your next cut and it's on me. I appreciate you family 💈🙏🏾
