At first I was satisfied til I got home and really looked in the mirror. I did left feeling my appointment was rushed. The appointment before mine was... overlapping into mine, and I got the vibe that she wasn’t confident with cutting my hair. I sent pictures. It was a cut I rocked very often before i decided to grow out my hair, so I knew what it’s supposed to look like. All my friends and family said my cut looked chopped and uneven which was unfortunate because I was looking forward in finding a barber I can regularly go see. Me feeling so embarrassed by my haircut, I just went to a 0 shaved it all off. Show more

I strive to ensure every client leaves my chair feeling confident and satisfied, and it is clear I did not meet that expectation during your visit. I regret that your appointment felt rushed and that you were not happy with the final result. This is certainly not the level of service I aim to provide. Please know that at any point if you felt unsatisfied during your appointment or shortly after your appointment, I would've been more than happy to adjust the cut to your liking without you having to cut all of your hair off.
