The professional braiders are amazing in their craft! We left completely satisfied with the quality of work. There are some business improvements that... need work and once these are upgraded, holistically the business will be better. Communication needs improvement by incorporating price transparency on both the website and in conversation. If paying cash, please advise up front and not 30 minutes before appointment. Pre-arrival notes like having hair washed and ready would be helpful when you send the reminder email. The actual language barrier needs some improvement so needs of the client can be met. Punctuality of braiders arriving on time so clients are not waiting would increase confidence in using services. Tidying up trash and hair in front the store would be nice. The talent is top tier and would highly recommend. To note, I booked an appointment a week before for the following Saturday. Show more

When I went to this salon to get my braids, the experience was amazing. So I went the second time and it was awful. They let someone come in to get th...eir hair braided and told me to wait and it wouldn’t take long, well it took an additional hour and the person in charge said I will give you $10 back for your time and that never happened. I even understood when most all of them stopped braiding hair to eat lunch but the fact that she lied saying the person she put in front of me had an appointment and I watched him walk in earlier and she told him to come back at 1pm is very tasteless and unprofessional and I WILL NOT COME BACK. Every braiding does great work but the behavior of the person in charge will kill customers Update: Since my last post, I was contacted by the business and I must say I was very impressed by the concern for keeping me as a client.
