First the pros: He got me in super last minute for an early morning appointment. KC is a friendly dude and was thorough with the service. I like that ...he had this -first-time customer- service. Cons: I had a couple of cuts, one on the side of my head and one above my lip, probably from him not using a new blade and having to apply extra pressure because of it. I had also asked for a mid-drop fade and ended up with more of an undercut which is a big difference considering I've been trying to grow my hair out and I've kinda been set back. Anyway, Thanks.
