Ms. Barbara is always prompt, professional and respectful. She greets you as though you’re family. I love being there with her during my appointments ...because she makes my experience go so well that the length of time doesn’t really matter. She also braids my granddaughter’s hair, who like her grandma, is tender headed. Ms. Barbara is so patient and empathetic with her and I hardly flinch when she combs/detangles my hair. We enjoy binge watching shows and she offers water and whatever available snacks that she has. A wonderful experience each time! Show more
