First bad experience review. Bad experience overall!! 1. I went in with a full beard and asked Zorba to fade it and just line up the top. Walked out ...with a pencil thin mustache that no longer connects to my beard and the bottom of my beard is completely uneven, as well as the mustache. (I included a picture) 2. He didn’t brush my face or hair or use the blow dryer after the haircut, nor did he apply any aftershave to my face or head. He also didn’t show me the back of my head with the mirror or have me check if everything was good. He yanked (and I mean yanked!! Because my head got pulled with it) the cape off my neck and just waited for me to pay. I sat in the chair brushing hair off of me and fixing my shirt after he messed up my collar while he just watched me. 3. I had an appointment scheduled for 6pm the day before that was confirmed. I called ahead by an hour to let him know I’d be just 5 minutes late because traffic was heavy. He told me to reschedule the next day when he was available because he wanted to go home early. 4. Last time I went the atm machine was out and he told me that Zelle was fine. I asked him if Zelle was okay this time because my cash is in the car and he freaked out on me and kind of yelled out “I TOLD YOU THE LAST TIME WAS THE FIRST AND LAST TIME! CASH ONLY!” I told him I had the cash in the car so I’m not sure why he was so angry at me. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable because everybody around definitely heard. Right after that he started to not care about the haircut. He was supposed to cut the back but he did 3 snips with his scissors and kicked me out of the chair. 5. I had to come home and finish the haircut and beard line up on my own. TLDR: left with an unfinished haircut and got yelled at in front of people for asking about payment. Show more
