This client had told me he was a walk in, Then says he made a mistake and has an appointment with another barber in the shop than in the middle of finishing a walk in he wants to tell me he booked with me…Please be sure to know how the process of getting haircut works before you book an appointment at your local barbershop. As far as talking “trash” about people in the parking lot was false other barbers in the shop were trying to identify someone in the parking lot. For payment this clients cashapp was continuously exiting out of cashapp. Please do not blame me for your phone’s cash app not working I do not accept Apple Pay and Mr. Filbert clearly didn’t like it. (I apologize to all of my “Apple Pay” clients) The client before him that had the same “problem” told me he’d be back for sure and he enjoyed his service…this is the only client that has ever had a problem with something as simple as payment. House Of Fades is a barbershop of conversation and laughter and we all enjoy cutting hair and love our craft so we apologize for not being quiet and sad on a Monday at work.
