great job and fast service
I love this hair. And so does my braider who installs my crochet braids. The only complaint that I have is that it took approximately 5 weeks to recei...ve my order. And it's only an issue because I wanted that hair installed before I went on my vacation. So I had to spend additional money on hair so that I could get my crochet braids done before my trip. But when/if you do receive the product, you'll like it. Show more
The hair is wonderful in my opinion. Some say it looks frizzy and to me it looks natural. But the company is so so so so inconsistent with getting the... product that I've decided not to do business with them any longer. It is more work to continue to call and email and not get a response and then go to my credit card company to get them to respond. Just very unprofessional. If you have time to hassle with them, then you should order it. Show more

Ends we're super frizzy and tangled. Not worth the price
I absolutely love this hair. I got this color because my usual was sold out. My only issue with this particular color is it seems a lot frizzier than ...the other color I usually get. I’m thinking it’s just because it’s a lighter color at the end. I’m still going to rock it though! Show more

I have loved the look and feel of this hair for years! I’ve gone from honey to Smokey black. It’s great. I just wish it was available. There is a long... wait. I’ve had to look elsewhere. :) I’m anxiously waiting for Smokey black to be available. :) Show more

I keep giving this company a chance and have order about four times now. First it was extremely long processing times without adequate communication. ...Then it seemed processing got slightly better but I received a mix of different color and lengths that I did not or as if it was suppose to be good enough. Good quality hair for a good price.
The hair doesn't provide enough coverage at the roots, even when installed closely together. That's because the curls are concentrated away from the r...oots. After install, the roots look sparse while the ends appear very full. Additionally, the hair was too difficult to remove intact once installed. The crochet loop is so small which makes removal a time consuming nightmare. Therefore, the hair had to be cut for removal which means only a one time use. Overall, it was too expensive for only a...
