I’m sorry for the I unfortunate situation I didn’t know you had a 6pm appt other wise I would have been there the booksy app normally sends me notifications when clients book all my appts are automatically confirmed I dont off hand confirm appts but I never received one for your 6pm i do apologize for the inconvenience it wasn’t intentional
