Everything was great, I loved my hair but it only lasted less than 2 weeks when my whole retie came undone, now I have microlocs and I did get a consu...ltation on what method would be better for my hair based off my hair texture she insured me that palm rolling would be better than interlocking method which proved to be wrong cause a retie should last atleas 2 months and this didn't even make it 2weeks. My hair is in the same style that she did, I did try and contact to resolve the matter on getting this fixed but i was pretty much blew off I paid for the works which is 425 that's supposed to cover everything you want done with your locs I was getting locs that were merged seperated and any repairs that was needed after carefully going through my hair i found locs still merged that was supposed to be separated Show more

My apologies if you feel blew off , I clearly responded and said at the end of my business day I would be able to help I had no issue fixing the problem. However I'm still working. patience is a virtue that some may or may not have but to say I didn't communicate was very untrue. The ones left combined I explained weren't strong enough to be separated there are 2 pair. In the sides. And would be when strong enough . Good luck on your journey.
