Instant Barrel Twist Syle

A couple of months ago I went and got an instant barrel twist and I took it out within 48 hours. After multiple people pointed out that it was not don...e correctly. She offered half of my next service and a complementary hair treatment. Although I should’ve just asked for a refund due to how poor it was done I gave her another shot which this time it wasn’t bad. Being that I took longer than she expected I had to pay for the service in full, but was comped by travel fee. But took three additional hours because I had to keep correcting my parts to be straight because of my “moving scalp” which no other stylist has issues with. Show more

At the time of your initial appointment, you did inform me about your scalp's movement, and you mentioned that other stylists had also experienced difficulty working with it in the past. I took that into consideration and, in response to your expressed dissatisfaction with the parting situation, I offered a complimentary treatment and a discount toward your next service as a gesture of goodwill. While I understand you returned nearly a year later, I still extended my best effort to accommodate your concerns by waiving the travel fee and spending additional time to ensure your satisfaction with parting — which included confirming each section with your approval using a mirror and photo references throughout the process. I strive to give each client an experience tailored to their specific needs, especially when unique challenges like a soft or moving scalp are involved. While this can naturally extend the duration of a service, I remained committed to delivering a result you’d be happy with. Customer satisfaction is always my priority, and I remain open to feedback and improvement. Thank you again for giving me the opportunity to make it right.
