Excuse me sir, I was there your family came a half hour late which usually is an automatic cancellation, but since it was your son's prom I decided to still help and do his hair I no longer had the same time available. So I asked his mom if it would be ok if we chose a different style she approved. I called you numerous times you were NOT present and you didn’t answer so we proceeded with a different style. Your son and his mother was very happy. Yes you did send a deposit and apart of that deposit was a tip sent ahead of time which by the way the tip is optional not included. I also showed you the receipt breakdown through FaceTime . When we were finally able to get in touch with you. I explained to you that your deposit was still honored and that the this service was actually cheaper than what was originally planned. If anything I actually saved you money and I showed your son different styles and this was the one he chose and liked. I also NEVER charged your card on file for the remaining balance, it was paid in cash. So please DON'T lie on my integrity and my business you were NEVER SCAMMED, the next time you decide to go to a professional at least try being present and on time. Thank You. Have a nice day.
