My appointment was at 2:45 and never got a haircut. I left at 4:48. Granted I showed up late by 10 minutes but there were 3 barbers with empty chairs ...and not a single one offered to cut mine or anyone who was waiting. I walked in a little early before my appointment time, but didn’t have to wait long. I’ve never been to a professional barber before so I had some que...stions and wasn’t sure what kind of cut I wanted. Marcus was really kind and helped me understand the way it all works and the different types of cuts I could get. The cut only took around 45-50 minutes and it looked great! Marcus took his time with me during my appointment. He washed and conditioned my locs before starting my retwist. Some of my locs needed maintenance w...hich took longer than my allotted time. He did not make me feel like I was a burden or that he was rushed for time. He was very attentive and listened to my concerns and my hair came out beautifully.
