Rory is amazing! I highly recommend this barber! very professional and very clean! She deserves 5 stars all day! That one customer that complained ab...out Rory’s service obviously had a bad day or something and took it out on Rory! I saw all the reviews and I can honestly say I see why so many people gave Rory 5 stars! The best Barber hands down in the city! If you’re looking for a great barber and Stylist Rory is the one! The worst haircut and service I’ve ever had. I have no issue with a barber talking loudly with their coworkers during my cut. But this barber would st...op cutting my hair completely to walk to the other barber stations to talk yo them. This was for over 30 minutes of the cut. She had a phone in one hand and made some many mistakes and line errors. Her kids were running around the shop and she stopped multiples times to tend to them. This was just an insane experience and I have no idea how this person has so many false positive reviews on Booksy. I have to go get this cut somehow fixed tomorrow smh. Show more

Sir, I first off want to apologize for your experience. I am more than happy to fix anything you may need fixed. Second I recall you saying you do your own face so this pictureu is not my work I only did the sides and you stated you don’t like your face cut. I only have 1 son and he was sitting in the chair and so those kids that were runninge around were the other barbers children and the customers kids. You also engaged in the conversation the other barbers were having so I only commented because you were also talking with us. So again I am sorry you feel this way and I am here for you and all my clients completely. I have good reviews because I give great service. My son hair was tour up!! He cut a patch in the middle of his head and then hair line hasn’t fully developed yet!! Rory was very nice and professional... I booked an appointment 11:45am I missed it and she allowed me to book again for a later time. She cut his hair in like 20 minutes!! Hands down the best cut he’s had in a while Show more
