I made an appointment to get a certain color but instead I came out with a color that I did not ask for. A waste of $235 dollars down the drain. When ...I express my dislike it was said “wait until two weeks.” Never going back here again. I would like full refund because my hair is not what I ask for Show more

We both discussed before you left the salon, that color tends to darken over time and to give it two weeks because I will not be in this week and if you still are not pleased with the outcome, I will color correct your hair free of charge! This was all discussed on Saturday before you left. So with that being said there will be no refunds. I appreciate your business!
